I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix $ e5 t T$ ?% ~! k4 x( o# W2 X) X! b+ z* r N: b
and I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here 7 `$ u# x. j; ?just that this corner does not seem to attract many visitors.
